I started my fashion journey 12 years ago by creating a blog dedicated to Budapest’s fashion scene, one of the first in English. Attending Budapest Fashion Week and other events allowed me to expand my network and dive into the world of Hungarian fashion. Later, I began attending European fashion weeks, including Berlin Fashion Week, Pitti Uomo, and Cracow Fashion Week, where I now serve as a media jury member.

In 2017, Budapest became a popular destination for digital nomads, and international media such as BBC Travel, Culture Trip, and C-Head Magazine began reaching out to me for insights on the local fashion scene. That year, I collaborated with Google Local Guides on a video showcasing local fashion boutiques, which sparked the idea of offering fashion tours in the city.

By 2018, I joined the European Fashion Accelerator, mentoring emerging designers from Visegrad countries in brand-building. This helped me connect with more talented designers to recommend to my growing client base. In 2019, I launched personalized fashion tours in Budapest, offering an intimate experience with a maximum of two participants per tour.

Before each tour, clients filled out a brief questionnaire about their style, occasion, and preferences. I curated the experience by selecting the best boutiques in town, tailoring the tours to their needs. Alongside shopping, I provided styling advice, recommendations for Hungarian designers, and tips on the city’s top bars, restaurants, and hidden gems. The tours gained popularity, and even my friends started seeking my help to find outfits for special occasions.

From Budapest to Madrid

In 2023, I moved to Madrid, continuing my fashion tours in a city I’ve always adored. Spanish fashion holds a special place in my heart, and my trips to cities like Madrid, Sevilla, and Barcelona always left me with colorful clothes, shoes, and accessories.

Madrid’s vibrant fashion scene offers endless possibilities, from unique local boutiques to high-quality, affordable designs. However, many people hesitate to explore smaller boutiques, fearing high prices or extravagant styles. In reality, Spain is home to numerous local brands that produce stylish, high-quality garments using fabrics like organic cotton, linen, and silk—all at competitive prices.

Personalized Styling and Expert Advice

Over the years, I’ve met many clients who struggle with choosing outfits or finding the right sizes. While larger stores offer variety, they often feel overwhelming, and customers rarely receive personal attention. In many cases, shop assistants simply bring clothes to the fitting room, and their involvement ends there.

With my tours, I aim to bridge the gap by offering a personalized, curated shopping experience that highlights the best of local fashion. Whether it was in Budapest or now in Madrid, my mission remains the same: to help clients discover unique pieces, refine their personal style, and fully enjoy the fashion scene.

When I guide tours for foreign visitors, I’ve noticed they often view certain clothes as souvenirs and lasting memories of their trip to Madrid. We sometimes even end up shopping for home décor items or stationery, as I also take clients to concept stores that offer a mix of fashion, design, and unique finds.

If you’re looking for a personalized fashion experience in Madrid, don’t hesitate to contact me. You can read more about my services here.
