But what sparked the idea to begin with? Back in 2017, Google’s Local Guide team reached out to me.
They flew all the way from LA to Budapest to film a series of local experiences, and they wanted me to be their guide on a fashion tour. We spent the day shooting in some of Budapest’s coolest hidden boutiques, and that’s when it hit me—so many people visiting this city love to shop, but they’re missing out on these unique spots.
